Am I the only one questioning the sound effects? That crash sounded a little too movie like. LOL
Ran into a brick house? Sounded like a pane of glass and a tool box. LOL

I knew nothing about go karts. I bought a Harbor Freight welder and built one. I have faith in you, OP. We have the technology... you can rebuild!

haha, good catch. it ran into a brick house, but I had my tools (bunch of wrenches) in a open box on my gokart seat.. that went FLYING EVERYWHERE after the crash.. sounds movie like for sure, but I guarantee it happened :(

That is the best thing i've seen all month!! thank you sir.

Same thing happened to me but i was on the open road and i caught it in time.

Get a sledge hammer...pound it back into submission.

It's like you wouldn't start a car put in gear and then rev from inside the engine compartment! but for some reason it feels right. Need to add emergency brake. next mod to my kart. emergency brake system

I don't see anything that can't be fixed in a few hours, and for less than 100 bucks total

how exactly?

Well, the good news is..
ALL parts of the Drifter kart are available as spares, the front beam is a bolt on and can be replaced easily (costs just a few bucks)
http://www.funbikes.co.uk/Drift_Go_Kart_196cc_Front_Frame(2628).aspx
Yes uk I'm afraid.. it's for the Kazuma Maxx which is just slightly different than the one you have,
but it's still the "same chinese 200cc drifter kart" basically and will fit.

an new rim and you'd be good.

Initial issue.. as the boys above have said :D
And get a beefier return spring for the throttle
(one on each end is a must! the actual butterfly as well as the throttle lever)

sadly that site won't ship to me, do you have any other idea/place that would ship me that part? the bend is a bit too severe and a sledge hammer isn't working at all.

same with the tire, is there a place where i can buy slicks with rims included? so I can turn a bit easier?

No US based I'm afraid..
New Zealand: https://www.gokartsdirect.co.nz/buy-go-karts.php?category=Spare-parts&sub_cat=frame
Australia: https://www.gokartsaustralia.com.au...ont-brush-frame-without-roll-cage-attachments
even South Africa:
http://www.tonaro.co.za/buy-go-kart-parts/

you can contact ebay[at]petrolscooter.co.uk
I know they sold all frame parts on ebay a while ago shipping worldwide.

That's a chinese kart and you can find manufacturers /resellers for this kart
on alibaba.com (search "200cc drift kart")
the website search is frankly crap, but if you're patient enough to browse through the results,
you can contact a lot of manufacturers.
I only ever contacted alibaba sellers twice, both times with extremely positive results;
very kind people really trying to help... maybe I got lucky, maybe you will too ;)

Wheels:
Slicks will make it worse I'm afraid!
the geometry of the steering is less than ideal let's say;
but you can (with some labour) include Ackermann geometry to your steering linkages, and then it'll turn just nicely.
