For starters, add air to that anemic looking front tire. Then, while you're out there waiting for the compressor to catch up, take a coupla good pix of your steering setup, and post them for us. That will help indicate whether you have suitable ackermann, caster, camber, and KPI angles. That thing does look like a riot, and it may help a little to move the rear axle back.

Hey that things freakin cool...

I agree with most of the replies above but I'll just add that moving your seat forward as far as possible would be another option to transfer some serious weight forward off the rear axle and to the front.

You have too much rear weight bias.

Is it possible for you to move the rear axle back?

hmmm i'm had steering issues too with the shopping cart... what i did to solve it was to install a super way too much powerful brake caliper and now to steer i just toutch the brakes and the drift does the rest... i'm serious here LOL

do you have proper ackerman steering setup, if you dont know what that is google "ackerman steering". Theres an rc car site that explains it the best, it should be about th second or so website down on the search results. Sorry i cant provide a link, im saying this on my phone so yeah, sorry. If you still dont no what i mean post some pics of your steering setup. But i agree with the other people, way to much rear weight bias.

The front axle almost appears to be upside down? IMHO, it may take a combination of modifications to tame that beast. ;) , Like moving the axle back, and/or moving the seat forward, and/or transferring any movable weight forward, and/or lowering the numerical rear ratio. If you can, post some pics of your steering from different angles.
