I am wondering what the 2 bolts that hold the rear wheels on are called that are on a non live axle go kart

Well...I would first do some research & planning
...& "see" how the numbers come out

The axle "kit" pictured seems to have
...the axle
...a set of bearings
...& a sprocket mount

Do you already have wheels for the rear? (rims & tires)

If so, do they "fit" the bolt pattern, of the wheel mounts, on that axle?

First, (before buying anything) figure out what else you may need to "make that axle kit" work
..."think everything thru" (we can help...if necessary)

Next, figure out & add up (we can help...if necessary) what it would cost to buy all of the parts to start over "fresh"

Then, analyze the data (we can help...if necessary)
...& "see" which "plan" would be most "cost effective"
...&/or easiest to "do" :2guns:
I dont have wheels to go with it and thats all that came for the live axle

I looked into parts:
All of the parts, including the frame, were 75
There isn't a steering assembly so that would be around 60 dollars
I need and engine and will wait till they go on sale at harbor freight
needs clutch
I think thats it

Should I just get another axle?

You paid $75 for this frame?? Holy smokes. If it was me I would buy a new axle, and everything else to make it functional as a go kart, enjoy it for a little while, then sell it for a profit. And I do mean a profit.

It's going to run several hundred dollars by the time you purchase everything you need to be up and running. But your idea of making it one wheel drive is absolutely horrible. It probably wouldn't save you 10 dollars in the long run. It will also decrease resale value of kart by close to 50%, and not work very well on anything but smooth pavement. Several members have already given you very good advice as well as offering to help you through any problems you run into. Follow what they have advised you.
