How would I add suspention

This is the front of my go-kart by the wheels how would I add suspension?
do I have to add it to the front and back or just the front?

You don’t add a suspension to that style of kart. Sorry, just ride it and enjoy it for what it is. Then just start saving up and planning a buggy build.

A lot of the older American karts, Manco, Murray, Yerf-Dog, ect. came with suspension. Especially the 2 seat version. They can be found neglected and cheap just like any other kart. If you are looking for a softer ride for off road use
DON'T buy one with suspension at the front end only. It's still rough as h#ll. Get one with suspension at both ends. Big difference. Almost impossible to add suspension to a ridged frame kart. You have to Re-read Engineer the whole thing. Not practical at all.
