See pic but I am wondering if the sprocket connected / welded to the plate that mounts under the motor should be 90% to the base. Looks not only been broken looks a little
Bent as well. I am wondering because the bolt used to take
Me the slack out of the chain is only one one side so I was thinking it might put a slight twist I hope this makes sense.

Would help if I proof read would make much more sense. On the first pic next to the bolt you will see a broken weld at the bracket. I have now squared it all up and welded back I. Place

I would weld the other side too. It looks like it's half fast done.

There is a lot of torque on a one-sided jackshaft. Make the support a little stronger.
