How to imbed videos in post

Hold my hand please. I can't figure out how to imbed a youtoob video to my posts.
I can make a click link but dont know how to make the preview window thingee.

I do all my posting from my phone not a computer if that makes a difference.

post the youtube link...

the one from the url, not the shortened 'share' link
(in your case.. use the browser for yt NOT the yt app to get the link)

the rest will be taken care of automagically

There is also a feature that the admin might be able to add, which is a youtube button.
It is clicked, and you only have to add what's after the V= part of the yootoob link.
It makes it very easy to post the links.

you mean like this:

it's there... see:


it just ommits the nicely centered box and just embedds the video..
just type youtube in brackets as above and put in the videoID..

but frankly... it's much easier imho to just copy the url.. not?

Well yes. But the button puts the brackets and all in for you.
I mean, I don't need it, but it might help some folks.
I don't care.
