no. the bearings are crap, and the tires wear out immediately.

actually i'll rephrase that: the rim is fine: but if the bearings are not the same bearings that they sell independently (http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_6970_200331468_200331468) then the bearings are crap. I doubt they are, since those bearings are $10, and that entire wheel assembly is $10. I've used a "hand cart" tire from harbor freight for the front of the mini chopper, and i had to replace the bearings, and the tire is going quickly.

but, if you call them and confirm that they are the same bearings, that's a steal.

Ok, thanks. On the 2 seater go kart you made, can you send me a link to those wheels? Either that or just some decent wheels for a good price.
Thanks yet again.

On my two seater I made, I used junky hand cart rims, so I know this from great personal experience. NO GOOD! :(

I had to replace all the bearings in short order, and the tires shortly behind that. If you want a 4" rim, they might be useful if you know you'll be replacing everything. But I think you should get the good ones from the get-go. I put up a new thread discussing wheels and tires in "hardware" section.
