How to calculate tire size based on wheel dimensions?

Hello, new to this forum, and likely a newbie post, but.... I bought a used yerf-dog go-kart that didn't come with any tires. I'm needing to order some new tires (slicks) but I'm not sure what tire sizes to get for the rear/front wheels. Please see the attached pictures I took of the front wheel and rear wheel along with the dimensions.

Any idea if these particular wheels are a standard size that typically come on a go-kart?

What size tires should I be ordering?

WHEEL DIMENSIONS

front wheel:
inner width: 3.75"
outer width: 4"
inner diameter: 6"
outer diameter: 7 3/8"

rear wheel:
inner width: 2.5"
outer width: 5.5"
inner diameter: 6.5"
outer diameter: 9.25"

I won't touch that tire size question because I can't be sure about it. I am sure about this much though..............
You've got split rims, 2 halves held together with 4 bolts. Only 1 half has the hole in it for a valve stem. Split rims must have innertubes, and I always recommend getting tubes with an L-shaped stem instead of a straight stem. Tube type tires are different than tubeless tires, and you must buy them accordingly, tube type don't have to seat on the edge bead like tubeless do, they won't fit. Attaching a link for you that has a diagram explaining about tire sizes. Good luck.
