What are the steps to bolt on my ex27 to my yerf dog 3203?

Bolt it on. Install the clutch or CVT, chains, belts, etc. Adjust engine by sliding back and forth to tension belt/chain/whatever. Connect remote throttle and kill switch. Align sprockets/pulleys/whatever side-to-side. Ride.

You will have to measure the bolt holes and redrill your mount. This is not a bolt on exchange, you are going to have to measure and drill

Can I use a 40 series TC driver and a TC 30 series driven with a 30 series belt? I haven't bought the 40 series TC driven part nor a 40 series belt.

Nope. Different systems. The 40 is a symmetrical system, the 30 is asymmetrical.

It depends on what size jack-shaft you want to use. If you don't have a preferred size you should just go with 3/4", it is a more common size. Either size jack-shaft should have a bearing on each side of the driven unit to support it.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but none of us are going to be able to hold your hand on this, since you have the kart, and we don't. You're just going to have to wait until you have the engine and see what will work and what won't.
