Where to get parts is the bigger question.
Unless it actually does run, I would avoid it.
My opinion.
I have purchased so called "runners" and ended up with nothing more than a pile of aluminum.
Know what you're getting into.

Buy, cleanup, re sell, you could probably trade it for a used car to the right person. DO NOT refinish or clean too hard.
