I would say that 1 1/2x.120 sq. is a little on the heavy side, you would be better of with 1 1/2x.083 sq.

Check ebay for tires or local hardware store might have spare that would be intended to be used on lawn mower but e fine on cart probably just make sure the bearrings (those are on the tires right? ssry i'm new to go karts.) are high speed not low speed.

the back tyres dont need bearings if the kart is live axle (both wheels turning from the engine. i used ebay for everything i bought online.

im using 1.5" .120 square tubing on my build. Heavy yes, but very strong. Ive usued about 75 feet and have a lil bit more to go. Cost is about 40$ for 24 ft section. Ill let u know exact weight and what not a lil later

I've used 40x40x2 square (1.5" x 1.5" x 0.083) and it is extremely strong, but it is more how you design the frame that impacts on strength. A simple ladder frame needs MUCH stronger steel to get the same level of strength as a spaceframe chassis.

If you are worrying about to much flex go with some 1x2x.083 rectangle, and build with the rectangle tube on edge.
