Hi, Anyone know how much oil I have to put in my TKM 200 4 stroke & where do you put the oil in?

Look online and see if you can download a manual.
That said, the oil fill location should be obvious. Often, there is a sight port, or dipstick. Also, an inspection of the block often reveals a casting that tells you the oil capacity.
We might be able to point you in the right direction with a few good pictures of the engine.
