Ok, how much horsepower, gearing, and other things will i need/what types, for an off-road go-kart to go 25mph+ and if this has a factor, it will be a one seat, and be for a person a little less inches than 6 ft. and 200 lb+ and not really fat if that has anything to do with it (haha)

If you are going off road you might want a 13hp or 11hp or some other engine in that power range, maybe a 6.5:1 gearing with 13-15 inch tires, that will get you to about 25mph, and if you want more speed, remove the governor, because those engines don't even hit full torque at 3600 rpm's. If you do remove the governor take the neccesary precautions of course.

My minibike had a 6.5hp engine, 19in tires, and like a 8 or 10 -1 gearing. It went about 20-25mph. Add in a TC ad that ought to get you some more speed.
