how do you post pics? the easy way?

i click on insert image and it asks for the URL , i have windows photo gallery, how do i take a pic from there and post! http:// what goes after this? i would be nice to be able to copy and paste!

I just hit the go advance button and click the attachment buton hit brows then select a photo then another one then another then click upload

I upload all my pics to my Photobucket album, then link them here.

yeah no problem i use to do the upload to photo bucket and use the codes but that took to long this ways quick and it thumbnails the pics and when you click it opens up quickly.
