That involves opening the engine up, if you want to do it right.
l'm only guessing cuz you asked this question, but you sound llll prepaired for such a project.

Check your tire pressures. Overinflate them a little bit. That would be better than taking your engine apart.

You can start by removing the passenger seat. No passengers allowed because they just slow you down.

A person on this site says the 150cc engine has an electrical governor, not a mechanical one... No answers there though...

However the manual says there is a throttle limiting screw located behind the gas pedal. I would remove it....

I jacked with the throttle screw that didn’t do anything but I have seen stuff on the electrical gov

Rev limiter? Some coils have that feature l believe. Sounds like a useless stupid idea. Why would anyone want to do that to a stock engine?
Get rid of that crap and gain another 3k RPM!

I'm not going to be a bit of help to the O P here, but my God. As if these things
( modern Chinese buggies ) don't have enough electrical crap on them already. An electronic governor. How many more things to go wrong can they possibly put into what is supposed to be a simple toy. Sorry for the high jack.
