How are these hubs/carriers attached to axle?

Are these welded, or does it screw on or something? Trying to keep things in mind in case i need to change in the future.

Look for a set screw or some type of locking screw. If none is found then they are probably welded on.

I used some paint stripper hoping to see a key or something. Think these are $hitty welds like @I74 says.

Off hand it looks like this is a dead axle and the wheels themselves are spinning on their own bearings.

Took those apart and need to repack them with grease and replace a bushing that was missing.

This thing is gonna cost a fortune in the end. I'll be replacing every bolt.
