It's a proper (factory built) horizontal shaft Victa, complete with 5/8" keyed shaft and a 3Q carby. VERY rare and desirable machine.
If it wasn't on the other side of the country I'd certainly be grabbing it.

shame I'm only 1/2 way across the country I was tempted to drop them a line and ask about parcel post....still might.... If you ever see a Kirby two stroke let me know..
they were also fitted to Deltek mini bikes as well, I think this Victa came off a Deltek mini bike.....a maxi torque clutch will slide right on! complete with engine mount too!
