If you want more perfomance than you would need to acquire the following parts.
ARC Billet aluminum connecting rod
Heavier valve springs
Billet Aluminum flywheel.
If you are going to install a header and hi flow intake then you will need to rejet. Really doing the header, carb jet and intake should be first anways.

He only needs to get all this if he wants more performance. All he is asking for is if rejetting is enough after a governor removal.

Yes, rejetting is probably all you need to do. Getting a free flow header and exhaust wont harm though

You should only need to rejet if/when you replace the air filter & exhaust; simply removing the governor shouldn't require rejetting...
