Oh and i dont think i mentioned that i bought a set of yamaha warrior atv front shocks. They are about twice the length and MUCH beefier so i think they will work when the front end comes down after a wheelie...

Have not gotten much done due to spending ALL my time working on customer bikes. Im almost caught up to a point where i can spend some time on it though. Gonna try to get the cage done next week.

If anyone wants to help a brother out, Chase Bank is giving away grants for small businesses and i could really use one for my shop. I need 250 votes to be qualified for a grant.

All you have to do is click the link, log in using facebook, search "Monkey Wrench Cycles" making sure the first letter of each word is capitalized, search city/state is Fort worth, Texas and hit vote. Takes less than a minute.

Its going together good. I decided to get rid of the stock ody front suspension and do A-Arm suspension in its place. Should have the new components by friday along with my new Jamar pedal assy.

I have lots of stock FL250 parts for sale now:D

Franky, If you cut those brackets off that hold the upper shock I can use them. Those brackets are the newer models. The yellow fl250's bolted the bumper to the shock mount. The new Ody I just bought has all the newer parts but with older frame. I can use those brackets in the future if you cut them off.

Did you see the seat pan that I have on my new Ody I just got? The bumper on this one is trashed but it's not even bolter to the frame under the foot tub. It's to short for older style frame.

Do you have the old engine basket/cage? I need the CDI coil bracket and CDI holder as well.

I tryed to save the shock mount brackets for you but man they were tuff getting off. They had 9 spots welds on them and looked like swiss cheese after i took the spot weld cutter to them and to top it off the spot weld cutter broke a couple teeth so i had to improvise...

lol i understand that, what kind of shifter are you planning on doing?

Hand shifter like they do on the minibuggys. It will be a handle i pull back to upshift and push forward to downshift. It will only be for when im not racing though as i plan on putting an airshifter on so i can have full throttle upshifts:D
