Honda odyssey snowmobile engine swap

In this thread as you guessed! I will be showing how I swapped a snowmobile engine into my fl250 odyssey, to start off I bought a old honda odyssey frame for $60 with most of the parts but the steering wheel and the engine, then I bought a Kawasaki snowmobile for $100 and pulled the engine, the engine is a 440 twin liquid cooled that puts out about 70hp factory, I will be uploading many pictures to show how I mounted the engine and modify the cage, I am 16 years old and if I can do it you can to!
Subscribe to my thread and please give me your input on how it looks or what I could change, also what colour should I paint it?

Started making a engine mount, using 3X2 steel, I mocked everything up with wood and then made it out of steel, I'm going to get some 1"sch 40 to build the cage, the factory cage is thin and I have to modify it anyway so I'm just going to rebuild the roll bar with radiator position in mind, and engine and exhaust clearances also the 5 point harness will mount to the cage so it has to be strong, the guy I got the frame from did not give me the factory steering wheel so I am going to build a one off honda wheel using dirt bike clutch levers, also sitting in it with the plastic racing seat is telling me I need to lose some weight! We anyway I'm going to get the seat as low as possible, also it will be at least a week until I can ride it because I have some air filters coming from eBay. It will hopefully be done by next week, I will keep uploading pictures, (on my ipad I can only upload one at a time?)

Bighead(I think) here has done a sled engine swap in one of his oddys. I havnt seen him post much recently, but he might still lurk around?

I think he has/had 4 or so oddys.

I have looked at all of his builds, I did not like his mount because to change the belt he had to unbolt the engine mount and slide it over, mine is just as strong and I can change the belt no problem, I tried to get the factory steering wheel and no luck there so I made my own using stuff I had around the house, some 7/8 tube and the throttle and brake off the snowmobile I got the engine from, tomorrow I'm going to buy some grips and a bike de railed cable for the throttle, it will work with the kawisaki throttle splinter thing that turns one cable to two cables to go to each carb, I will post some more pictures tomorrow,

Did you look on ebay for a steering wheel?

Yes I looked, I can't afford to spend that much on one, I'm only into this whole thing about $200 and it pretty much done just waiting on filters and still gotta do a few things, also I got some new rear tires for free at a atv shop, the one bead was a little ****ed but I just threw tubes in them

It's slowing coming together, I also am about half way done the steering wheel and finger controlls, also while I'm welding I will make a mount for a kill switch and possibly lights, I actually have the drive system done, just doing the steering, rad is plumed in and filled up, working great,
