On my motor if you wanted to attach the throttle cable to the throttle handle it barley revs because the engine limits it.
As you can see if you watch this youtube video at 0:06 seconds thats the throttle handle I am talking about. If I were to hold it open wide open throttle it would barley rev because the governor is quickly shutting and opening the throttle.
Then if you go to the video at 0:10 seconds you can see i grab the cable that restricts it and pull it and it revs way higher and actually spins the clutch fast.
Am I allowed to just attach the throttle cable to that so it doesnt govern the motor?

Sorry if this is very confusing.
It is dark out right now so if people arent understanding the question I will upload a video tomorrow morning explaining what the motor is doing.

If you remove only the governor linkage your engine will rev higher than 3600rpms. There is a plastic governor gear inside the motor that will fly apart and ruin your motor.

It barley revs at all if I pull the handle
My 3hp goes faster. When I am wide open it seems it wants to change RPM's all the time because of the governor arm
