Honda GX200 Clone question

I recently got a GX200 clone brand new with a few mods including a removed governor. It has 8.5hp and around 12ish tq. Ive yet to take it on its first run because im converting my frame to handle a live axle. Does anyone have any advice on this motor or even any tips on the live axle setup?

Must have some serious mods if its making 8.5hp, what else is done besides removing governor?

Candy cane header, GX140 E-tube, cone air filter, 18lb valve springs, fan, rejetted carb, advanced timing(not sure how much), breather kit

Its going on a yard cart too
