I have a new Honda GC160 with a comet 30 series clutch and torque converter mounted to it. The engine seems to idle high enough that it just engages the clutch. If I try to adjust the idle down further, the tall governor arm shuts off the engine. Can I remove the governor arm so I can adjust the idle down and allow the clutch to work properly? This engine is one with an adjustable throttle, not the fixed kind. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
