did you ever get it to kick over ? if the chain is bad rusted cut it of you can use vise grips on whats left of the clutch cable if there isnt much of one. Look inside the plug hole too . I was hooked up with a 125 bike and a 350cl honda both wouldnt kick over cyclinders had been full of water and were beyond help . the honda had less than 1000miles on it!
