honda clone 6.5hp, "champion" brand, Rh or LH drive?

i got a question, i bought one of these replacement engines from costco. it was pretty cheap. it says that it has a counterclockwise rotation of the shaft for output, in relation to what?

as pictured, what would be the front of the motor that faces forward of the vehicle (in my case.. a min chopper) and what way does the shaft spin.

means if you look at the shaft, it goes CCW (normal)

If you look at the recoil, it seems to spin clockwise. If you look at it from the sump, it spins counter clock wise. Either way, if your go kart was professionally built, you're fine.
