going well made the main part of the frame need to make forks and need a back wheel clutch and sprocket wahts the smalest sproket u can get hers a better pic of my old one befor i cut up the frame
oh and eny one no what that contraption on the cam shaft is when it gets pule out it moved a little tab over to the bottom of the exhaust cam lobe ????

not sure about the drive i dont think it will be fast aenuf with just a chain from the clutch to the whell i might have to put on a jack shaft to geer it up like my jast one last one was i would like about 60 my last one got about 50
tried it today it was well over geard top speed of like 20 smoked the tire nice i just put a tiny sprocket on the engine no clutch and bumped it went fine just slow
yeah just the hub i made is out a little bit the clutch its taking a age to come thro the post to do the burn out i got 2 of my m8s to hold the back of the bike of the floor then i started the engine then gave it alod of revs then thay let the tire doen and it dident stall then it started smoken
i changed the wheel today and it dont wobble it was the rim of the tire that was bent ime having troble with the botls holding on the sprocket snapping ive replaced them about 3 times now oh and ime going to make a twin exhaust one on each side once its working right and i dont have to alter eny thing
tried it with a faster gear ratio but we culedent get it moving fast enuf to start and when it fired over it snaped the bolts on the sprocket
ive used hardend steel alen bolts thay snaped not mutch else i can use ime just gona fix my tank on while ime wating 4 a clutch ive got to start my engine and grind the shaft down to 3/4 or use a jack shaft tthe shast is 7/8 i culdent find a clutch to fit it
i swaped the engine for a diesle engine of a cement mixer when i got the engine it dident run it had a gas convershion but when the person did it thay mucked up the origanal carb i have the froks are of my old bike i solt it to my m8 and he blew the engine in a week so i baut it back of him at a fraction of the price you can see the bike behind my old chopper ner the top of the page as to date apart from a new clutch i havent spent eny thing apart from buying the bike back ime tring to fix the engine of the bike so i can put the engine in a gocart ime going to sell the chopper a month or so befor ime 16 to hep me pay for a real bike one thats not ileagal
waho my clutch came today i put it on and the chain it was fine ime getting about 50~55mph once i got 60 i wonderrd whay then when i let of the throttle my engine stopd i thaut i killed it but the cab came lose
back on the topic on snapping bolts, cant you use high tensile bolts? the ones with allen key head. they have a tensile strength of 99 tonnes dont they
