What a whirlwind! Flew from Phoenix>London>Rome, stayed there for 4 days, then Rome>Amsterdam, another 4 days there. Then Amsterdam>London>Phoenix. I tortured myself by staying awake on the entire flights home yesterday which had me up for a solid 24 hours. I went to bed at 9:30 last night and woke up at 6 am this morning and I guess I'm experiencing a mild form of jet lag today.
So cool to visit sites almost 2,000 years old. I LOVED the canal system in Amsterdam and was absolutely fascinated by the canal boat homes. I saw some really really cool bicycle and motorcycle contraptions. It was crazy to see how many people do not own a car. Went to the Heineken factory and the Anne Frank House.
