Typo, KeyStock!!! thats it. i had to do this for one of my clutches, it broke loose and i cleaned it and tacked it back in.

Manufacturing defect confirmed!

It's about hub integral key.
Is only half long then normal.
(They doubling frontside integ. key machining operation)
(I have all #35 Extreme clutches with this.)
(#40 Extreme was Ok)
(#35 Furry Ok - from Hilliard)

I warn about it Hilliard and Mfgsupply.com 3 months ago.
Mr. Gary Putmann acknowledge Hilliard defect.
(He submit to send me new)

They will send a replacement hub out to you...

They sent me 2.

I had the exact same problem. I called Hilliard and talked to them, probably the best customer service Ive ever dealt with. Steve told me that a Inferno line clutch was in the mail so UPGRADE lol. Took all of 15 minutes and was totally painless.

I have a problem where the springs come off. I have bought 2 of them with the same problem.

springs coming off no biggie but shouldnt happen without wanting them off
