Hi , i just got my robin 6.5 engine , help me out please.

Got my buggie running good now but I cant find any threads on oil. I am a big amsoil fan and run it in everything. How do these do with synthetic, it is used but it doesn't smoke or leak. Is 10w40 ok , I don't have an owners manual. I run 10w40 in my kymco scooter but that's not a buggie I know. Any help will be appreciated. Also is removing the governor a bad idea?

10w40 should be avoided in any engine that does not specifically call for it.
Some engine manufacturers will void warranty if it is discovered that 10w40 was used.
10w30 would be OK.
If possible, multi grades should be avoided. Owners manual would tell you the correct oil to use.
What is model number?
