Hi! How's it going, silent pages of history, "go-kart drivers"? It's very quiet around here lately. How about trying to find some new go-kart enthusiasts or fans through Instagram or something? Otherwise, this forum will completely die.

We're a skeleton crew keeping this the place looking nice. Trying to reorganize and update links and what not. Updating FAQ stuff for people.

This place is like the valuable books on the dusty shelves of a library.

I feel the same way. There's a vast sea of info here.

Not much karting or mini-biking happens in the cold cold winter. You'll have to cut us some slack until it gets warmer.

I have been using social media, a few times, to recommend DIYGK. There's go kart groups on ******** and ****** (can't mention the site names or I will be labeled a traitor!) and there's a lot of wrong information on those sites and new people and their questions get ignored. Both sites have a format to where you have to scroll scroll scroll and expand all the replies to see everything so it is frustrating to use.

Maybe I will go back to those places and keep telling people to join DIYGK.

Tell your friends too RaceDriver. We all have translation software and have a worldwide membership.

Except he made two posts in Turkish then deleted them, and rewrote another in English. Wait a minute, he IS TOO NICE. 😁

The activity of the forum may ebb and flow but we’re sitting on a massive library full of “past successes.” There’s a vast quantity of daily lurkers, many of which find out that they have to register to see the photos in full size, so they register. Some of those newbies never make a post on the forum but just lurk and read, but that’s their prerogative. Most internet searches for “go kart” end up here as anything DIYGK is a top search result.

I was looking for some info one time and found an old post where I had already answered my question.

I'm using Google Translate, so what I'm writing might sound like AI output. (My English isn't exceptionally good, and I don't want my writing to be misunderstood, so I'm using Google Translate. Sorry about that.)

Yes, I also found this place while searching for "go kart" on the internet. It's a very good forum for technical topics and so on.
