Hi, just wanted to introduce myself.
My name is Chris, live in Northeastern, PA.
Im married with 2 kids.
Been laid off since March 2009, currently going to college with a CAD major. Will be getting my Associates of Sciance degree May 2011.
I collect scrap to make some extra money and come across many lawn mowers, tillers, and motors. I'm currently working on a Go Kart design to use a vertical shaft motor on. I know its been tried and some have done it but I want to make something dependable and strong. Hate to throw good power plants in the trash. I do get some horizontal shaft engines but mostly vertical shafts.
I came across this site and it looks like it is active and could provide me with information, and I hope I can help with my own information too.
Anyway, that's enough of a novel for now.
