I'm Simon from the UK - glad to be on the site,
this is my first Kart build: its a death trap but I'm really enjoying it
hopefully I can pick up a few good tips

Hi guys

my plan is to finish building the frame using 20mm box section with my Mig, its designed round my son (he's 10) so its supposed to be light, I want to use as a downhill racer first then maybe put an engine on it

I've set up the steering already and its works but I need to strenghten the steering column area, and set up the back wheels

I think the Texans will still be #1, but that's okay, we drink tea, but I don't know about the Earl Grey..... Not my cup of tea.... I like it iced cold, with lots of sugar.....
I'm already watching "Downton Abbey"(?) or what ever its called, and scones..... Ehhh, they ain't so bad, ain't so good either....

My wife Lives off of downtown abbey. She watches it like she's gonna win something
I'm not too good with scones lol don't like currents. If I ever got to texas I wouldn't be watching downton abbey.......I spouse indifferent for you born and bred guys...I don't recommend coming over here unless you love the rain, busy city centres and crumpets lol

HEY!!!!!! I already drink Earl Gray....one of my favorite teas.....and I don't know ONE person who puts milk in their tea. ......

Americans who drink ANY form of hot tea are on the short list.....most drink hot coffee. ....usually overdrenched in cream and sugar. .....

But tea is served with ice.....and here in the southern US. ....we have "sweet tea" ........basically. ....a cup of sugar to a quart of water with a little tea flavoring......and then further diluted with lemon juice in many cases.....

But I do enjoy many different teases.....hot and naked....(did I misspell the plural of "teas"....)

But I tell ya.....seems to be a run of y'all guys lately.....and a native American friend of mine said. ....."Ummm....that's how it started last time. ..."

May sound a little funny, but I like hot luizianne tea, with a dash of fresh squeezed orange juice, for aroma and sweetness.....
Really good after a long cold winters night,working an MVA...... Helps me fall fast asleep.....

Luizianne is a "brand " name... I like it served as iced sweet tea, as most southerners (maybe a different brand ) do.

Funny fact guys...
There are several varieties of tea out there (mainly Chinese and Indian) that's are worth more than gold pound for pound....I've just packed a suitcase full of tea and I'm bound for Texas...I've not brought clothes, money, or the wife........to make more room for tea..

What is up with that? ! ? Tea that is more than gold? I love me some tea. I drink about a gallon a day (or more) and the house hold goes through a gallon and a half a day.
At the price of gold, those tea leaves would be packed into my cheeks, for long lasting flavor...... Eewww spit and tea leaves...... Never mind.... I'll stick to my luizianne.....
