Like most of you I love things that go, especially bikes and karts.
I made this gearbox so I could use a Honda GX31 on my mountain bike and drive it through the gears.
I've recently stripped it down after an extended testing period, it had no wear.
I'm so pleased with it I thought I would show it off on the web.

On or off, it's got seven gears so its good everywhere.
I dont have any plans, just a sketch.
Clutch is stock, works well with 100/1 reduction.

sell plans for like 10 plus dollars for people who actually know what there doing, then you could prob sell kits for a decent price, this is good cause the motor is out of the way, you can still have a rear luggage rack, and you can still have a standard water bottle cage, plus it uses the bikes gears.

Thank you for your comments. If I get more enquiries I may look into having plans drawn up.
I built this for myself because the bikes I saw on the market were not good enough for what I wanted. They were all too fragile and heavy. This design solves those issues neatly.
A small engine needs gears to be useable.
Of course, I would love to stay at home building and testing bikes all day, if I get 100 people interested I'll set something up.
