Hey guys,
I have been a lurker for quite a few months but finally decided to register haha. I always loved go karts as a kid and, now that I have my son, I am starting to re-live my childhood again.
I picked up an old Carter kart roller for $20 that I will be salvaging the steering components and live axle to build a custom kart for myself.
I would LOVE to pick up an old Margay to race in the SCCA kart class once my son gets a little older.
My uncle has a vintage race kart that he used to run back in the 60s but I can't for the life of me remember what it is lol. I will have to see if I can get a pic of it next time I'm over there.
Anyways, looking forward to meeting all you guys and see you around!
