Hello Everybody,

When I was a kid, my dad and grandpa built a gokart with me. Now I have a 10 year old son, and I want him to have the same experience. He's super excited to get a gokart, and I'm interested in buildig a gokart with him in the coming weeks/months. I'll be posting some questions about diy kits.

Welcome! Make sure you turn your son on to the site so he gets to work out some of the planing and details. We don’t cuss or bully people here so other than gokarts he won’t pick up any bad habits!

We get a little cranky sometimes but we kind of police ourselves don’t want to get kicked out. We have a lot of youngsters on here and you’ll never meet a better group of people. Even us old timers learn a new trick from them once in a while.
