Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum but I've raced quite a few years ago. I ran National and Clubman classes for a few years and bought a Rotax which never was raced but was a heap of fun. I seldom have time these days but that's another story!

I started a business called Cut Price Racing in 2005 in the back shed. Back then I wanted to find a cheaper way to race - and I found that lots of other people did too.

I began selling used parts and over the years I've supplied countless thousands of products to lots of happy customers.

I've made sure the business gets a great reputation by posting items fast and resolving problems quickly and fairly. I've been able to refine the way I buy and now you can buy high quality brand new parts at a fraction of the price of the same things in Go-Kart shops.

Now-days I sell a wide range of brand new, high quality racing go kart parts at a fraction of the cost of stores. Everything's kitted up so you can just buy the pre-arranged kit with bolts and washers etc and just bolt it up and go! It's pretty handy and much cheaper and easier than fabricating parts. I do full axles, steering assemblies, brakes and a whole heap more.

What I want to see is a fair go for the average Australian. We should all be able to race and have fun - not just the wealthy. I also want to help keep jobs here in Australia - so the profits from our fully Australian owned and operation company stay here for us all to benefit.

If this sounds like something you could use to get that kart up and running a bit cheaper, then drop me a line or check out my site:

Enjoy your karting!

Cheers,
-Paul.

Hey Paul, welcome to DIY Go Karts.

Speaking for myself, I'm more into the classic American style "fun kart". After seeing a Manco American Express here a few weeks ago I decided I wanted one. Being that they're not available in Australia I decided to build one but, as you can understand, there are certain parts that are not easy to make.

Here's my first question: do you only supply racing kart parts?
Next question: Do you still supply second hand parts? One particular part I need for my project is a set of rookie wheels & tyres; any chance you can help?
