Working on a dune buggy/go kart have a 670cc harbor freight motor my question is what torque converter do I need and possibly a FNR with final to be a chain thinks

Welcome! There is no FNR box that will hold up to a 670 except for a Jeffco. They are about $5,000.00 plus these days. As far as a CVT Comet 780 should fill your needs.
