Hiya, long time lurker first time poster.

I've just completed a 2-speed gearbox mod to my Drift-2 gokart and thought I'd share my experience with you guys since I got some ideas from these forum when I was planning it.

cool, thats one idea i had, use wheel hubs and similar stuff to make a syncro-mesh manual tranny or whatever there called, but once again didn't have the time/money, so i'm happy to see some one make one, you should convert to 4 speed
