HF Predator 212 cc engine -vs- 212cc Predator “Ghost” engine. What’s the diff?

Harbor Freight has three listings for Predator 212cc engines. Two of them list at $149. The third is a Predator “Ghost Racing” engine listing for $349. With each engine having the same displacement, what’s the difference?

The two at $149 are probably 1 CARB compliant, 1 not. One for the nanny state of California, one for those who savor freedom.

If you better stock performance, get a Ducar 212. Our former expert on these engines, @BrownStainRacing, doesn't come around anymore, but I have retained some of his teachings. The Ghost isn't worth the money for the performance.
