Hi Jay from Australia

I am currently doing a go kart project for my sons
I have been working on it for several weeks now
I just finished the chasis. Axle, Axle brackets, Steering etc
I am now attaching the wheels.
I have a honda gx 160 engine but have a slight problem
the engine has no keyway so i have to machine it or dremel the keyway myself. if anyone has any suggestions feel free to post a thread. I will release photos in due course have a good one

What do you want to put on the engine shaft, clutch, pulley,
torque converter etc. Here in Canada we have available split
type collars that a pulley bolts into. As you tighten the bolts
the collar tightens on the shaft - no keyway needed. Don't
know what is available where you are.
