Hey guys new Manco owner here

I just picked up a Manco Dingo 5hp last night for $100. Runs well even in the 0 degree weather.

The problem with it the gentleman who owned it before me try to make it a straight chain drive so now I have to undo that and put the CVT back in.

Do you mean you have a centrifugal clutch now? As long as the gearing is good, you shouldn't need to change back to a cvt

Yes it is but its not working correctly. The wheels don't spin when you throttle up but if you pick it off the ground the wheels spin. Not sure it maybe the guy put it backwards?

The kart is probably geared too high. What is the tooth count on the axle and the clutch?
