Glad to be part of this forum. Just bought my first cart frame today, will be restoring it with my kids (girls, 8 and 6). I'm a mech. engineer by trade, mostly have worked with aircraft engines and submarine components.

I have now begun the arduous task of identifying my frame and locating the parts required. I need a rear axle with brakes, sprocket, bearings, wheels. Also, a motor which will probably be a small briggs 3.5 hp so the kids don't roll the thing on the maiden voyage.

Didn't see any OEM stamp on the frame, but just glanced quickly. I was told it was a 60's vintage rupp, but it does not appear like some of the photos of the rupp dart I saw on the web. Any tips?

Anyone welcome to PM me.

All the best,

LT
