Your idler sprocket is 3/8" pitch and your drive clutch is 1/2" pitch dude. You need to replace one of them, as Krunch said, you need a larger drive sprocket.
Here is the deal, you have a 16t clutch, you would need a sprocket larger than your tire not to destroy that clutch from the poor ratio, you now need to build a jackshaft, give us the final size you choose to use on the tires, and throw up some more pictures so we can give you suggestions.
This will not ever work without a new driven sprocket and a jackshaft. 1" drive clutches are very expensive especially with that tooth count, you'll be throwing away too much money trying to make this work alternatively.
