I can post what I have and maybe others can make some suggestions. Currently two of my carts have sprockets on the for 40 pitch chains 49 teeth sprocket, I just ordered a 10T clutch. All of my past karts had #35 chain. This bigger chain is new to me. One of the karts had a 66 teeth sprocket. They all have 6 inch tires. I have purchased 6hp engines for two of them. The torque converter bolt seems to be very close to the tire, so I need a mount to place under the engine and lift it up
