New member long time karting fan ive owned a lot of karts in my years just fix them up to my liking, get bored with them and sell them. i think im keeping my current project, its a yerf dog 30021 was a rolling frame when i got it with a bent roll cage and bent right front suspension. Ive put on new axle ,bearing, tires, new predator 212 with 18lb springs, biggest jet i could find, header and govoner removed and a k and n air filter and adapter. Also has new 30 series tc and front shocks and a arms. Project this winter is to extend the frame 6" and turn the rear into a swing arm suspension. Thoughts and ideas are welcome.m..

Hello and welcome...
Might want to save those heavier springs for when you have a billet con rod... Current config will have you blow your new engine toot sweet...

As our saying goes... New springs new rod- Old springs old rod... When the gov is out...
This allows the stock springs to float around ~5krpm, inherently retarding the speed and saving a blowout on the rod...

Also, need to jet accordingly to what the plug says... From the combo of header and intake...
A plug test will tell how lean/rich you are...
