He’s got it in his man cave next to his supply of Mello Yello. Very decent storage conditions but out in the sunlit grass for a photo session is a great idea.
Don’t often get to see promo karts in such pristine condition. By the time they get to us, they’re always falling apart.

Last sunday my neighbor boys got to enjoy it.. rode it for hours.. purs like a kitten.. had a video but it would not let me post it.. the boys were so light it would just slide around without having to turn..

Edited to add: Tidy it up and sell it for big bucks
on ebay or bringatrailer. Then you can get a conventional go kart or two and really bash and crash them.

I purchased a funderwheels for $25 put a wheel on it and sold it for $350 and added the cash on top for a beautiful leather couch!
Being all plastic was a neat concept but you have to be carful! the body’s are adjustable and if the adjuster slips the front end will smash the ground and shatter!
Very very carefully make sure that adjuster is tight so you don’t destroy that beauty of a kart! Just has to be snug! if it’s tight leave it! but make sure you at least do check that it is tight! mine would slip often as it was a bit wore.
