Can you use the nipple that's on the valve cover to run the fuel pump? Or do you have to put a fitting in top of the cable cover? Thanks in advance

I just pulled my stock airbox and ran the engine without it. It looks like that fitting coming off the valve cover would be a great lead to run a fuel pump off of. Look at some of the pics online of what other guys have done.

More often than not when this question come up people say do not do it. You can take off the valve cover and you will see there is a separate compartment with a flapper to the 2nd compartment. The nipple is on that back side, I think you do not get the same constant pulse to run the pump due to the flapper door. Here is a good how to with pulse location suggestions from my 2nd favorite website.
