Side view photos are better, got any? An oblique angle or “from the starboard bow” would work too.
Looks like U.S. made.

I am thinking Carter Brothers kart, but someone sure did hacksaw the brush guard off in a fit of rage, or maybe it was unbolted. It has some flavor of Klipper Kart but the Gewgle image search can’t find anything like it.

It looks like it has Klipper Kart pedals. Seems they welded the pedal pivot tube to the front of the square axle beams and then configured or “bent” the pedals in a Z bend form to fit over and around that beam. So it’s a Klipper Kart, at least until we know more.

We can tell for sure that it’s an old, classic, domestically-produced fun kart, the BEST kind in my opinion. The parts were basic, generic, off-the-shelf parts for the most part. What part do you need?

Maybe JimD can tell us the make and model with certainty, he has all the manufacturer brochures. . .
