Figured out what im going to do. Im going to attach 2" long 1" square steel to the frame and move the mounts to the bottom of it and that will get the placement im looking for, as far as height. That way front will sit level when im in the kart

It ain't rocket science and as such, if this issue beats you and you throw up your hands in despair and defeat...well...

Here is what i came up with the control arm shock mounting bracket was. 1/2 inch off from the other side so i cut off the welds and moved brackets that evened up from left to right. As far as the height i cut the roll cage to fit a 1" square pipe then welded. Then i welded 1" pillow block if you will, to the frame and welded to brackets to the pillows and now it sits level. After alignment of front tire took it for a test run and 100% better. Now to prime and paint everything!!!
