Help with kart brand identification, please

Hello everyone, I picked up this kart Wednesday. It has some interesting things about it. First thing is Rupp turbine wheels. Gussets from the front axle to the frame, the round pedals, removable engine plate, front crash bar is wider than the frame rails. The previous owner thought it was a Manco, but I have yet to find another kart online that looks like this one. Closest I have found is a Rupp Dart kart, but there are always something different. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving with family and friends. Kevin

Take a look at the welds. If they don't look similar on the parts that don't look right then it has most likely been added on. It looks really close to a rupp dart, but you are right that it isn't exact

Thank you for the replies. To be honest, I haven't taken it out of my truck yet. I picked it up Wednesday and haven't had time to look it over closely. I'll definitely look at the welds as suggested. The advertised picture was the one in the garage standing up. The pedals caught my attention. I will report back with my findings. Thanks again, Kevin

I don’t know what you paid for it but the wheels alone were worth it!!!! Very valuable!

The wheels were my main reason to buy the kart. No doubt it is cool, but the wheels are key. I hope the rings are decent.

Well, the gussets from the front axle to the frame definitely look added and not original. The front crash bar appears to be original. The welds look factory and upon further inspection, the pedals are attached to it. My guess is that there was damage to the front axle, hence the addition of the gusset material for extra strength.

Wheels are decent. Now the attempt to remove the rears from the live axle.
